I’m Dekota Oechsle, a Mortgage Loan Originator and REALTOR® based in Griffin, Georgia.

Whether that means buying a first home, moving up, downsizing, or simply understanding the options available, my goal is to be a trusted advisor throughout the process.

Before entering real estate and mortgage lending, I spent nearly a decade in commercial and industrial construction management. That experience taught me how to manage teams, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep complicated timelines moving forward. It also gave me valuable insight into land, development, and the many details that can affect a properties value.

I believe in integrity, honesty, communication, and trust. I take the time to ask questions, understand each client’s needs, and provide clear guidance so they can make informed decisions with confidence. When challenges arise, I focus on communicating early, explaining the available options, and helping create a practical path forward.

My wife, Rebecca, and I are proud to call Griffin, Ga home. When we are not working, we enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and entertaining. I also enjoy serving as a Chamber Ambassador, leading a small group through my church, and spending time with our dog, Sadie.

Although I am based in Griffin, I serve mortgage clients throughout Georgia and the Southeast and maintain a network of trusted real estate professionals across the country.
